How to fix?

Upgrade Chainguard prometheus-bind-exporter to version 0.7.0-r5 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream prometheus-bind-exporter package and not the prometheus-bind-exporter package as distributed by Chainguard. See How to fix? for Chainguard relevant fixed versions and status.

Using go get to fetch a module with the ".git" suffix may unexpectedly fallback to the insecure "git://" protocol if the module is unavailable via the secure "https://" and "git+ssh://" protocols, even if GOINSECURE is not set for said module. This only affects users who are not using the module proxy and are fetching modules directly (i.e. GOPROXY=off).
