How to fix?

Upgrade Chainguard ruby3.4-uri to version 1.0.3-r0 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream ruby3.4-uri package and not the ruby3.4-uri package as distributed by Chainguard. See How to fix? for Chainguard relevant fixed versions and status.

In the URI gem before 1.0.3 for Ruby, the URI handling methods (URI.join, URI#merge, URI#+) have an inadvertent leakage of authentication credentials because userinfo is retained even after changing the host.
