FFmpeg is a FFmpeg static library ruby binding that is compiled for iOS and CocoaPods.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Resource Management Errors. FFmpeg is vulnerable to denial of service (DoS) attacks. These attacks are possible because FFmpeg does not check for an EOF (End of File) inside the loop in the cine_read_header()
function. This leads to high CPU and memory consumption when a malicious CINE file with a large duration
field in the header but without sufficient backing data is input.
