The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

Start learningUpgrade gdal to version 3.12.0 or higher.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Heap-based Buffer Overflow due to improper restriction of operations within the bounds of a memory buffer in the inftree9.c endpoint. An attacker can achieve heap corruption or execute arbitrary code by supplying specially crafted input data.
Note: This issue is related to CVE-2016-9840 in zlib. The vulnerable logic in inftree9.c is derived from the same codebase and reflects the same underlying flaw.
