Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Use After Free in the FTP wildcard matching process. An attacker can cause memory corruption or application crash by triggering a failed FTP listing operation and then causing the application to reuse or clone the affected connection handle. This is only exploitable if an application explicitly enables FTP wildcard matching and reuses or clones a handle after a failed FTP listing.
