Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to NULL Pointer Dereference in the jwk2key process. An attacker can cause unexpected behavior or application crashes by providing a specially crafted JWK file containing integers where JSON string values are expected.

Workaround

This vulnerability can be mitigated by avoiding the import of keys from untrusted sources and using the jwk2key tool to validate JWK files before use.
