The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Infinite loop due to logic errors in automatic certificate-based public key authentication, which can cause clients to enter an infinite loop in the authentication process. An attacker can cause resource exhaustion by configuring a server to repeatedly reject or omit required certificates, resulting in a denial of service condition for the client.
This vulnerability can be mitigated by not connecting to untrusted SSH servers and avoiding the use of certificates until patched.
