Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Buffer Access with Incorrect Length Value through the xmlXPtrEvalXPtrPart function when processing an oversized xpointer() expression. An attacker can cause out-of-bounds memory writes, potentially leading to information disclosure, data corruption, or application crash by supplying specially crafted input.
