The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling in the QUIC connection ID handling, which queues a RETIRE_CONNECTION_ID frame on the control frame queue for every NEW_CONNECTION_ID frame received, without the limit that applies to usable connection IDs. An attacker can force roughly 400 MB of allocation by flooding NEW_CONNECTION_ID frames and withholding acknowledgements so the queue never drains. This requires an established QUIC connection.
