The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling in the QUIC flow control enforcement, which applies the stream level window but not the connection level one. An attacker can force roughly 100 MB of allocation against a default 768 KB connection window, by opening streams up to the permitted count and sending bytes at offset zero on each. This requires an established QUIC connection, and the ceiling is twice the maximum stream count times the per stream limit.
