Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Integer Overflow to Buffer Overflow via the BMPv3 RLE Decoding functionality. An attacker can execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service by supplying a specially crafted .bmp file that triggers a heap-based buffer overflow during decompression.
