How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:10 a2ps to version 1:4.13b-4.3 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream a2ps package and not the a2ps package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:10 relevant fixed versions and status.

The (1) fixps (aka fixps.in) and (2) psmandup (aka psmandup.in) scripts in a2ps before 4.13 allow local users to overwrite arbitrary files via a symlink attack on temporary files.
