Upgrade Debian:10 ffmpeg to version 7:2.4.1-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream ffmpeg package and not the ffmpeg package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:10 relevant fixed versions and status.

The decode_slice_header function in libavcodec/h264.c in FFmpeg before 1.1.2 does not properly check when the pixel format changes, which allows remote attackers to have unspecified impact via crafted H.264 video data, related to an out-of-bounds array access.
