How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:10 mailman to version 2.1.5-10 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream mailman package and not the mailman package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:10 relevant fixed versions and status.

Mailman 2.1.4 through 2.1.6 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service via a message that causes the server to "fail with an Overflow on bad date data in a processed message," a different vulnerability than CVE-2005-3573.
