How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:10 optipng to version 0.7.6-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream optipng package and not the optipng package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:10 relevant fixed versions and status.

Heap-based buffer overflow in the bmp_read_rows function in pngxrbmp.c in OptiPNG before 0.7.6 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (out-of-bounds read or write access and crash) or possibly execute arbitrary code via a crafted image file.
