How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:10 sosreport to version 3.2-2 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream sosreport package and not the sosreport package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:10 relevant fixed versions and status.

sosreport 3.2 uses weak permissions for generated sosreport archives, which allows local users with access to /var/tmp/ to obtain sensitive information by reading the contents of the archive.
