Upgrade Debian:10 tidy-html5 to version 2:5.6.0-3 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream tidy-html5 package and not the tidy-html5 package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:10 relevant fixed versions and status.

In Tidy 5.7.0, the prvTidyTidyMetaCharset function in clean.c allows attackers to cause a denial of service (Segmentation Fault), because the currentNode variable in the "children of the head" processing feature is modified in the loop without validating the new value.
