How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:10 tika to version 1.18-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream tika package and not the tika package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:10 relevant fixed versions and status.

Apache Tika before 1.14 allows Java code execution for serialized objects embedded in MATLAB files. The issue exists because Tika invokes JMatIO to do native deserialization.
