CWE-254  (opens in a new tab)

How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:11 389-ds-base to version 1.3.3.12-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream 389-ds-base package and not the 389-ds-base package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:11 relevant fixed versions and status.

389 Directory Server (formerly Fedora Directory Server) before 1.3.3.12 does not enforce the nsSSL3Ciphers preference when creating an sslSocket, which allows remote attackers to have unspecified impact by requesting to use a disabled cipher.
