How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:11 clamav to version 0.88-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream clamav package and not the clamav package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:11 relevant fixed versions and status.

Heap-based buffer overflow in libclamav/upx.c in Clam Antivirus (ClamAV) before 0.88 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) and possibly execute arbitrary code via crafted UPX files.
