CVE-2015-3153 Open this link in a new tabHow to fix?
Upgrade Debian:11
curl
to version 7.42.1-1 or higher.
NVD Description
Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream curl
package and not the curl
package as distributed by Debian:11
.
See How to fix?
for Debian:11
relevant fixed versions and status.
The default configuration for cURL and libcurl before 7.42.1 sends custom HTTP headers to both the proxy and destination server, which might allow remote proxy servers to obtain sensitive information by reading the header contents.
