Upgrade Debian:11 docker.io to version 1.8.3~ds1-1 or higher.
NVD Description
Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream docker.io package and not the docker.io package as distributed by Debian.
See How to fix? for Debian:11 relevant fixed versions and status.
Docker Engine before 1.8.3 and CS Docker Engine before 1.6.2-CS7 do not use a globally unique identifier to store image layers, which makes it easier for attackers to poison the image cache via a crafted image in pull or push commands.
