How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:11 exim4 to version 4.72-3 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream exim4 package and not the exim4 package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:11 relevant fixed versions and status.

Exim 4.72 and earlier allows local users to gain privileges by leveraging the ability of the exim user account to specify an alternate configuration file with a directive that contains arbitrary commands, as demonstrated by the spool_directory directive.
