Upgrade Debian:11 haproxy to version 2.2.9-2+deb11u2 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream haproxy package and not the haproxy package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:11 relevant fixed versions and status.

An integer overflow exists in HAProxy 2.0 through 2.5 in htx_add_header that can be exploited to perform an HTTP request smuggling attack, allowing an attacker to bypass all configured http-request HAProxy ACLs and possibly other ACLs.
