How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:11 libtoxcore to version 0.2.8-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libtoxcore package and not the libtoxcore package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:11 relevant fixed versions and status.

The TCP Server module in toxcore before 0.2.8 doesn't free the TCP priority queue under certain conditions, which allows a remote attacker to exhaust the system's memory, causing a denial of service (DoS).
