Upgrade Debian:11 memcached to version 1.5.6-1.1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream memcached package and not the memcached package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:11 relevant fixed versions and status.

In memcached before 1.5.14, a NULL pointer dereference was found in the "lru mode" and "lru temp_ttl" commands. This causes a denial of service when parsing crafted lru command messages in process_lru_command in memcached.c.
