Upgrade Debian:11 python-pyftpdlib to version 0.5.2-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream python-pyftpdlib package and not the python-pyftpdlib package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:11 relevant fixed versions and status.

ftpserver.py in pyftpdlib before 0.5.2 does not require the l permission for the MLST command, which allows remote authenticated users to bypass intended access restrictions and list the root directory via an FTP session.
