Upgrade Debian:11 trafficserver to version 3.0.4-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream trafficserver package and not the trafficserver package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:11 relevant fixed versions and status.

Apache Traffic Server 2.0.x and 3.0.x before 3.0.4 and 3.1.x before 3.1.3 does not properly allocate heap memory, which allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (daemon crash) via a long HTTP Host header.
