How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:12 apt-cacher-ng to version 3-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream apt-cacher-ng package and not the apt-cacher-ng package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:12 relevant fixed versions and status.

apt-cacher before 1.7.15 and apt-cacher-ng before 3.4 allow HTTP response splitting via encoded newline characters, related to lack of blocking for the %0[ad] regular expression.
