Upgrade Debian:12 janus to version 0.9.1+20200313-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream janus package and not the janus package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:12 relevant fixed versions and status.

An issue was discovered in Janus through 0.9.1. janus.c tries to use a string that doesn't actually exist during a "query_logger" Admin API request, because of a typo in the JSON validation.
