How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:12 kcron to version 4:21.12.3-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream kcron package and not the kcron package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:12 relevant fixed versions and status.

KDE KCron through 21.12.2 uses a temporary file in /tmp when saving, but reuses the filename during an editing session. Thus, someone watching it be created the first time could potentially intercept the file the following time, enabling that person to run unauthorized commands.
