Upgrade Debian:12 ppp to version 2.4.2+20040428-3 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream ppp package and not the ppp package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:12 relevant fixed versions and status.

Integer underflow in pppd in cbcp.c for ppp 2.4.1 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (daemon crash) via a CBCP packet with an invalid length value that causes pppd to access an incorrect memory location.
