Upgrade Debian:13 criu to version 1.8-2 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream criu package and not the criu package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:13 relevant fixed versions and status.

The service daemon in CRIU does not properly restrict access to non-dumpable processes, which allows local users to obtain sensitive information via (1) process dumps or (2) ptrace access.
