How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:13 google-authenticator to version 20130529-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream google-authenticator package and not the google-authenticator package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:13 relevant fixed versions and status.

pam_google_authenticator.c in the PAM module in Google Authenticator before 1.0 requires user-readable permissions for the secret file, which allows local users to bypass intended access restrictions and discover a shared secret via standard filesystem operations, a different vulnerability than CVE-2013-0258.
