How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:13 libiberty to version 20220713-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libiberty package and not the libiberty package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:13 relevant fixed versions and status.

Heap/stack buffer overflow in the dlang_lname function in d-demangle.c in libiberty allows attackers to potentially cause a denial of service (segmentation fault and crash) via a crafted mangled symbol.
