How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:13 qemu to version 1:2.6+dfsg-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream qemu package and not the qemu package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:13 relevant fixed versions and status.

QEMU, when built with the Pseudo Random Number Generator (PRNG) back-end support, allows local guest OS users to cause a denial of service (process crash) via an entropy request, which triggers arbitrary stack based allocation and memory corruption.
