CWE-119  (opens in a new tab)

How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:13 subversion to version 1.7.9-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream subversion package and not the subversion package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:13 relevant fixed versions and status.

The mod_dav_svn Apache HTTPD server module in Subversion 1.7.0 through 1.7.8 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (segmentation fault and crash) via a log REPORT request with an invalid limit, which triggers an access of an uninitialized variable.
