How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:13 suricata to version 1:6.0.13-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream suricata package and not the suricata package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:13 relevant fixed versions and status.

In Suricata before 6.0.13, an adversary who controls an external source of Lua rules may be able to execute Lua code. This is addressed in 6.0.13 by disabling Lua unless allow-rules is true in the security lua configuration section.
