How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:13 wget to version 1.24.5-2 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream wget package and not the wget package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:13 relevant fixed versions and status.

url.c in GNU Wget through 1.24.5 mishandles semicolons in the userinfo subcomponent of a URI, and thus there may be insecure behavior in which data that was supposed to be in the userinfo subcomponent is misinterpreted to be part of the host subcomponent.
