NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream xorg-server package and not the xorg-server package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:13 relevant fixed versions and status.

A flaw was found in the XFIXES extension. The XFixesSetClientDisconnectMode handler does not validate the request length, allowing a client to read unintended memory from previous requests.
