The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Test your applicationsThere is no fixed version for Debian:14 scribus.
Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream scribus package and not the scribus package as distributed by Debian.
See How to fix? for Debian:14 relevant fixed versions and status.
Scribus before 1.6.7 and 1.7.x before 1.7.4 contains a heap buffer overflow vulnerability in the PICT image loader and import plugin that allows attackers to corrupt heap memory by supplying an unchecked bytesPerLine value. Attackers can craft a PICT file whose bytesPerLine exceeds the QImage scanline size, so placing or importing it crashes Scribus and may execute code as the user.
