How to fix?

There is no fixed version for Debian:8 libav.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libav package and not the libav package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:8 relevant fixed versions and status.

A stack-based buffer overflow in the subtitle decoder in Libav 12.3 allows attackers to corrupt the stack via a crafted video file in Matroska format, because srt_to_ass in libavcodec/srtdec.c misuses snprintf.
