How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:8 libphp-phpmailer to version 1.73 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libphp-phpmailer package and not the libphp-phpmailer package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:8 relevant fixed versions and status.

The Data function in class.smtp.php in PHPMailer 1.7.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (infinite loop leading to memory and CPU consumption) via a long header field.
