CWE-94  (opens in a new tab)

How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:8 rdflib to version 4.1.2-3+deb8u1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream rdflib package and not the rdflib package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:8 relevant fixed versions and status.

The Debian python-rdflib-tools 4.2.2-1 package for RDFLib 4.2.2 has CLI tools that can load Python modules from the current working directory, allowing code injection, because "python -m" looks in this directory, as demonstrated by rdf2dot. This issue is specific to use of the debian/scripts directory.
