How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:8 thunderbird to version 1.5.0.5-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream thunderbird package and not the thunderbird package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:8 relevant fixed versions and status.

Mozilla Firefox 1.5 before 1.5.0.5 and SeaMonkey before 1.0.3 does not properly clear a JavaScript reference to a frame or window, which leaves a pointer to a deleted object that allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary native code.
