How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:9 chromium-browser to version 45.0.2454.101-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream chromium-browser package and not the chromium-browser package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:9 relevant fixed versions and status.

object-observe.js in Google V8, as used in Google Chrome before 45.0.2454.101, does not properly restrict method calls on access-checked objects, which allows remote attackers to bypass the Same Origin Policy via a (1) observe or (2) getNotifier call.
