How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:9 fbi to version 2.05-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream fbi package and not the fbi package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:9 relevant fixed versions and status.

The fbgs script in the fbi package 2.01-1.4, when the TMPDIR environment variable is not defined, allows local users to overwrite arbitrary files via a symlink attack on temporary files in /var/tmp/fbps-[PID].
