Upgrade Debian:9 ffmpeg to version 7:2.4.1-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream ffmpeg package and not the ffmpeg package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:9 relevant fixed versions and status.

The Matroska format decoder in FFmpeg before 0.8.3 does not properly allocate memory, which allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted file.
