How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:9 ghostscript to version 9.26a~dfsg-0+deb9u5 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream ghostscript package and not the ghostscript package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:9 relevant fixed versions and status.

A flaw was found in ghostscript, versions 9.x before 9.50, in the setsystemparams procedure where it did not properly secure its privileged calls, enabling scripts to bypass -dSAFER restrictions. A specially crafted PostScript file could disable security protection and then have access to the file system, or execute arbitrary commands.
