Upgrade Debian:9 opensc to version 0.11.4-4 or higher.
NVD Description
Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream opensc package and not the opensc package as distributed by Debian.
See How to fix? for Debian:9 relevant fixed versions and status.
OpenSC before 0.11.5 uses weak permissions (ADMIN file control information of 00) for the 5015 directory on smart cards and USB crypto tokens running Siemens CardOS M4, which allows physically proximate attackers to change the PIN.
